I work at that intersection, helping leaders turn cybersecurity, identity and governance from disconnected technical activities into coherent business capabilities that strengthen resilience, enable growth and support intelligent risk-taking.

With over a decade of experience spanning cybersecurity, identity and access management, enterprise architecture, security operations and digital transformation, I bring both a technical and business perspective to complex security challenges. My focus is not simply on implementing more controls, but on creating the clarity, accountability and operating models that make security work in practice.

As a Cybersecurity Consultant and Microsoft IAM Practice Lead at IAM Experts, I advise organisations on identity strategy, governance, cyber resilience and security maturity. My experience also includes enterprise-scale transformation at Interswitch Group and leading the operationalisation of Risk, Privacy and Information Security Management Systems.

Today, I write and speak about cyber resilience, identity governance, cloud risk, security leadership and the human factors shaping cybersecurity outcomes.

Supported by an MSc in Cybersecurity and Human Factors and an MBA, my perspective combines technical depth, business thinking and organisational change.

My central question is simple: How can organisations make better security decisions before complexity becomes crisis?
